Need to Cancel Your Order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at fabnflicker@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships!
After 12 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled. In that case, you’re welcome to return the item once it arrives (see our Return Policy for details).
Custom or Personalized Orders:
Please note: Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
We hope you love everything you order, but if something’s not quite right, we’re happy to make it right!
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need to provide us with the order number of your original purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Need a Different Size or Item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have first, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you’d like to exchange your item, email us at fabnflicker@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps!
Non-Returnable Items:
• Sale/clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
• Digital downloads (if applicable)
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
Email us at fabnflicker@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We’ll get back to you with return instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
